UCI Men's Club Water Polo

We would like to offer congratulations on a tournament well-played to our brothers on the Club Water Polo team: Bob Keifer, Eric Lowe, Joe Lovewell, and Varun Khetan.

This past weekend (October 3-4, 2009), the UC Irvine Men's Club Water Polo team participated in a tournament hosted by the Pacific Coast Men's Water Polo Club Association. Saturday's events included a thorough trouncing of the opposing club teams from UCSB, UCSD, and USC. After a hard-won fight against Cal Poly San Luis Obispo's team, UCI came out on top, finishing the tournament with a 4-0 record. As of this week, UCI's Club Water Polo is ranked as the number 1 club team in the nation.
